We take organically grown red kidney beans, gently cook them in water, then pack into cans with BPA free lining. That’s it! Red kidney beans have a firm texture, so hold their shape well, making them super versatile. Plus they’re loaded with natural goodness, including protein and dietary fibre! Ideal cooked into chilli and other simmered dishes, or use cold in salads and dips.
